We're seeking an experienced procurement operations professional to streamline and optimize our end-to-end procurement and payment processes while driving operational excellence across the organization.

Position Summary

As a Senior Analyst in Procurement Operations, you'll own the procure-to-pay lifecycle—from vendor management and purchase order processing through invoice reconciliation and payment execution. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. You'll work at the intersection of finance, operations, and supply chain, partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver measurable efficiency gains and cost savings.

Core Duties

• Manage procurement workflows, including requisition approval, purchase order creation, and vendor onboarding
• Oversee invoice processing and three-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice) to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Execute accounts payable operations, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve payment discrepancies
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost reduction opportunities, process inefficiencies, and performance metrics
• Maintain vendor relationships, conduct performance reviews, and manage vendor scorecards
• Support system administration for procurement platforms and ensure data integrity across tools
• Develop and enforce controls to mitigate fraud and payment risks
• Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and business units on process improvements and automation initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement operations, accounts payable, or supply chain experience
• Proven expertise in procure-to-pay processes and best practices
• Strong proficiency with procurement systems (SAP, Coupa, Ariba, or equivalent)
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
