Process Engineer III

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
• Design and validate new processes or modifications, conducting thorough testing and documentation
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement data-driven solutions to resolve bottlenecks
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure process reliability and compliance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to lean manufacturing or related programs
• Conduct equipment evaluations and provide specifications for new or upgraded manufacturing systems

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering discipline
• 3+ years of professional experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a closely related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proficiency in data analysis and process metrics
• Solid understanding of process design principles, equipment operation, and manufacturing systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or kaizen is highly valued
• Proficiency with standard engineering software and Microsoft Office applications
