About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential experimentation and optimization firm seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team in Honduras. This is a client-facing role at the heart of high-impact digital testing programs.
Our client runs sophisticated A/B testing programs that require coordination across research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, and analytics. As Project Manager, you'll be the central force keeping cross-functional teams aligned, energized, and moving forward.
Responsibilities
- Coordination: Manage cross-functional teams of 5–10 people and ensure tests progress smoothly from concept through build, launch, and analysis. Identify risks early, remove blockers, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Strategy & Planning: Help build and maintain testing roadmaps of 10–20 upcoming experiments. Communicate the rationale behind plans, set clear expectations, and guide clients through progress and results in weekly meetings.
- Client & Team Energy: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams. Bring clarity, positivity, and momentum. Keep people focused and motivated when projects become complex or demanding.
What We're Looking For
You do not need prior A/B testing experience or formal project management credentials. Our client will provide comprehensive training. Here's what matters:
- Organization and diligence: You thrive with systems, checklists, and timelines. You plan ahead, front-load work, and don't consider tasks complete until they're done properly.
- Communication: You default to over-communication. You proactively reach out to clients and teammates, flag risks early, and ask for help when needed.
- Smart and high agency: You learn quickly, enjoy technology and design, and want to understand why things work. You notice patterns and ask thoughtful questions.
- Location: This role is based in Honduras with an indefinite contract, offering long-term growth and development opportunities.
What the role offers:
- Clear promotion pathways—most leaders started in entry-level roles
- Indefinite contract with long-term career development
- Tech reimbursement for equipment and training
- In-demand skills in conversion rate optimization
- 20 days paid vacation plus holidays
