The Opportunity
As a Helpdesk Shift Lead based in Pune, you'll take ownership of critical IT support operations during your assigned shift. What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise the helpdesk team during your shift, providing technical direction and mentorship
- Manage incoming technical support tickets, prioritising by severity and impact
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues including hardware, software, and network problems
- Monitor team performance against key metrics and service level agreements
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution tracking
- Maintain comprehensive incident documentation and contribute to knowledge base improvements
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their technical and professional capabilities
- Generate shift reports highlighting performance metrics, trends, and improvement opportunities
