Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential AI research organization seeking a Music Audio Specialist for a fully remote contract engagement. This role focuses on evaluating and enhancing AI-generated musical content, including lyrics and voice generation. The position is based in Sri Lanka and offers flexible remote work with a commitment of 10+ hours per week for up to 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model output in lyrics, voice generation, and other musical standards to ensure quality and accuracy
• Score and assess the quality of musical training data to enhance overall model performance
• Write music in Tamil with demonstrated proficiency and cultural understanding
• Understand and follow directions in English while working independently
• Work asynchronously to meet project deadlines and contribute to AI model improvement

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a music producer, audio engineer, and/or sound mixer
• Demonstrable understanding of musical performance, theory, and lyrics
• College degree in music, covering both performance and theory components
• Past experience writing lyrical music in Tamil
• Native or near-native proficiency in both Tamil and English languages
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
