About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a growing immigration law practice expanding across multiple U.S. markets. This confidential client serves both individual and business immigration matters and is entering an ambitious growth phase, including strategic acquisitions over the next 12 months. They need a senior marketing leader who can build a scalable, brand-first growth engine from the ground up.

This is a full-time, fully remote position open to candidates based in Serbia.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing strategy across content, digital acquisition, SEO, paid channels, and conversion optimization
• Proactively ideate campaigns and initiatives—propose what to test, how to allocate budget, and how to measure success
• Define and maintain brand voice and visual identity across all firm communications and creative assets
• Report on marketing performance, track trends, and translate data into actionable insights
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to align on priorities, then execute with the support of an implementation-focused marketing coordinator
• Build a coherent, repeatable marketing system that can scale across multiple office locations as the firm grows through acquisition
• Market effectively to both individual clients (B2C) and business clients (B2B)

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5–7+ years of senior growth marketing experience
• Strategic mindset—you can create plans, not just execute them
• Hands-on operator who builds alongside the team, not just directs from above
• Strong brand and aesthetic sensibility; able to craft a premium, polished identity without being overly formal
• Data-driven approach with experience measuring and reporting on marketing performance
• Experience marketing to both consumer and business audiences
• Self-directed, proactive, and willing to push back constructively when needed
• 3–4 hours of daily overlap with U.S.-based team members

• Affinity for premium or hospitality-style brands with exceptional user experience

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $4,000–$5,500 USD per month. This is gross compensation; you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence. This role is structured as an independent contractor engagement.
