About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology client in their search for a Regional Sales Director based in the United Kingdom. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is partnering with an innovative software organization to identify an experienced enterprise sales professional who can drive revenue growth and market expansion across their assigned territory.
This is a strategic sales leadership role requiring both individual contribution and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quota through disciplined territory management and execution
- Identify, qualify, and close new customer opportunities while managing relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
- Link technical solutions to business value and communicate effectively to multiple stakeholder levels within enterprise accounts
- Maximize existing customer relationships to secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities
- Apply proven deal closure tactics and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Qualify and convert opportunities accurately, maintaining precise forecasts in Salesforce CRM
- Proactively manage multiple concurrent deals while continuously developing pipeline
- Provide sales leadership with accurate forecasts and timely reporting on activities and projects
- Coordinate daily with marketing and customer success teams to optimize process flow
- Collaborate on regional events and campaigns to drive market presence
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 5+ years of software sales experience with demonstrated success
- Extensive territory development and prospecting ability with strong closing skills
- Proven track record of effective sales meeting planning and execution to drive timely deal completion
- Strong commitment to sales process excellence with consistent execution discipline
- Ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Team-oriented approach combined with entrepreneurial mentality
- Documented success in meeting and exceeding quota targets
- Effective communication via telephone and email with customers
- Experience providing direction and mentoring to others as both individual contributor and team member
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for opportunity management and forecasting
