Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential energy services organization seeking a working student to support digitalization and optimization projects for energy systems. In this role, you will contribute to the rollout of remote monitoring solutions, validate critical system data, and help ensure quality standards across technical installations.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Quality assurance for remote monitoring installations: reviewing documentation, imagery, and installation records to maintain quality standards
  • Data validation and management: compiling, verifying, and maintaining information from internal data systems to support project implementation
  • Supporting technical projects in the areas of system operations, digitalization, and performance management
  • Conducting site inspections and documenting meter readings (occasional, with progression to independent execution)
  • Analyzing and documenting technical data, preparing reports and project materials
  • Administrative support including task coordination and follow-up activities for rollout initiatives

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a detail-oriented student with strong technical aptitude and self-motivation. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Current enrollment (minimum 3rd semester) at a German university in a technical program such as Energy Engineering, Process Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Power Plant Technology, Electrical Engineering, or comparable field
  • Structured, thorough, and reliable working style with high self-motivation
  • Interest in technical systems and ability to quickly learn new topics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and good English proficiency
  • Practical experience with technical systems (heating systems, plant construction, metering) is advantageous
  • Availability for 16-20 hours per week minimum
