About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization that is looking for a Product Manager to join their team remotely in Spain. Our client operates in the SAP ecosystem, building tools that bridge enterprise systems with modern AI capabilities. This is a strategic role where you'll serve as the bridge between customers, engineering teams, and the market.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain deep understanding of the enterprise software market, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
  • Work directly with customers and partners to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering and solution consulting teams to prioritize features and develop solutions
  • Drive business development initiatives alongside customer success and sales teams
  • Serve as product advocate through video content, podcasts, webinars, and written materials
  • Co-own product specifications, requirements, and release plans
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality product delivery and market fit
  • Manage internal project management and pre-sales activities
  • Nurture and grow developer and partner communities through social media and engagement
  • Create technical enablement materials for both internal teams and external audiences
  • Develop competitive analysis content and maintain a library of marketplace solutions
  • Contribute to AI assistant integration initiatives
  • Support various internal projects to improve service quality

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or software product management
  • 3–7 years of software product management or related experience
  • Strong technical aptitude with understanding of software architecture concepts and hands-on experience with AI tools
  • Exceptional strategic communication skills
  • Experience with enterprise architecture
  • Customer and service-oriented mindset with ability to share knowledge effectively
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships across global teams
  • Team player with entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach in fast-paced environments
  • Strategic thinking combined with attention to detail
  • First-class written English skills
  • Comfortable working in Confluence and GitHub for documentation and collaboration
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms is a plus but not required
  • SAP knowledge (ECC, S/4HANA, or ABAP development) is a plus but not required
  • Microsoft or cloud platform technology experience is welcome
