Client Partner, Strategic Accounts

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology services organization in their search for a Client Partner to lead strategic accounts. This is a fully remote role based in the United States or Canada, with some travel required. Our talent team is seeking an accomplished relationship builder and delivery leader who can own client outcomes from strategy through execution.

In this role, you'll build and expand relationships with enterprise clients, lead global delivery teams, and drive commercial success across your portfolio. You'll work at the intersection of business strategy and technical delivery, partnering with C-level executives on cloud transformation and AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders at enterprise accounts
• Develop account strategy and drive portfolio expansion through delivery excellence and innovation
• Own end-to-end delivery responsibility including commitments, approach, and outcomes
• Manage commercial aspects including SOWs, forecasting, margin management, staffing, and renewals
• Orchestrate global delivery teams, engineers, and solution architects to ensure exceptional client outcomes
• Partner with clients on AI and cloud strategy decisions as their trusted outside advisor

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or strategic account leadership
• Proven track record of growing enterprise accounts through delivery excellence
• Strong business acumen combined with technical competence to bridge executive strategy and engineering execution
• Experience owning the full commercial stack: SOWs, forecasting, margin, procurement, and staffing
• Comfort working in lean, fast-moving environments where you roll up your sleeves alongside delivery teams
• Demonstrated success with AI-based solutions, cloud transformation (AWS, Azure, or GCP), or enterprise modernization programs at Fortune 500 scale
• Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior P&L or portfolio management responsibility
• Experience managing accounts where AI or automation was the core value driver
• Background at a high-growth services firm focused on outcome-based solutions
