Warehouse Trainer (m/w/d)

We are representing a confidential e-commerce logistics organization seeking a Warehouse Trainer for their operations near Frankfurt, Germany. This role is critical to ensuring new team members quickly become confident, productive contributors who understand warehouse processes from day one.

If you enjoy working directly with people, teaching through demonstration, and helping others improve daily, this position offers the opportunity to shape team performance and culture on the warehouse floor—not from behind a desk.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding programs for new warehouse employees
• Train staff across multiple warehouse areas and operational processes
• Develop and refine training materials and delivery methods
• Provide regular feedback, motivation, and performance coaching
• Identify support needs and create practical development plans
• Monitor compliance with warehouse procedures and safety standards
• Collaborate closely with leadership on training and development initiatives
• Support teams during rollout of new warehouse processes
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
• Serve as the go-to resource for questions and guidance on the floor
• Model company culture, teamwork, and customer focus in all interactions

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of training experience (warehouse or operations background advantageous)
• Hands-on mentality with comfort in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment working with people
• Ability to remain calm and fair under pressure
• Structured work approach with focus on developing others
• Comfortable using apps, digital tools, and new technologies
• Independent, proactive working style
• Strong customer orientation, even in operational settings
• Fluent English or German required; additional languages a plus
