About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential construction-tech client in Germany seeking a CRM Manager Intern for their B2B software operations. This mandatory internship role offers hands-on experience in data-driven customer relationship and sales process management within a rapidly scaling environment. You'll work directly with their CRM leadership team in Bochum, with remote flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and analyze reports and dashboards to support sales and customer teams with data-driven insights
• Design, implement, and test CRM workflows and list logic to automate recurring processes
• Support preparation and validation of product usage data for internal analytics
• Draft email and in-app communication campaigns, set up A/B tests, and evaluate results
• Ensure CRM data quality and reliability for sales, customer success, and key account management teams
• Own an independent project in the second half of your internship, such as lifecycle reporting, data quality scorecards, or onboarding automation

What We're Looking For

• Currently completing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communication, or Media Studies
• Require a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) to fulfill university requirements
• Strong organizational skills with a structured, systematic approach to work
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Self-starter mentality who takes initiative rather than waiting for direction
• Genuine interest in CRM systems and willingness to learn tools independently
• Available for the duration required by your university program

Work Arrangement: Remote-first with access to coworking space in Bochum; flexible hours with core collaboration times
