Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential creative agency seeking a Senior Project Manager in Stuttgart. In this role, you will:
- Lead complex projects independently from planning through cost control to final billing
- Provide strategic consulting and account development for retail, sports, fashion, beauty, and luxury clients in close coordination with senior account leadership
- Manage transparent budget planning and hold financial responsibility for your assigned project portfolio
- Mentor and provide professional guidance to junior colleagues on the team
- Oversee diverse formats including retail campaigns, events, and brand experiences
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams, external service providers, and partners while maintaining strict quality standards, budgets, and timelines
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience with focus on retail, sports, fashion, or luxury sectors
- Proven experience leading and developing project teams with strong commercial thinking and strategic consulting capabilities
- Enthusiasm for dynamic work spanning from strategic conception to precise operational execution
- Interdisciplinary mindset with strong team orientation and ability to maintain oversight during intensive project phases
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in both German and English
