Working Student – Junior Solutions Consultant (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential IT consultancy seeking a Working Student - Junior Solutions Consultant to join their growing team. In this role, you will:

• Develop and present innovative proof of concepts to demonstrate platform capabilities
• Design and implement work management solutions, including project portfolio dashboards and visual collaboration tools
• Create process diagrams and project management office solutions
• Assist in delivering training sessions with stakeholders to support change management initiatives
• Take ownership of sub-projects throughout the customer journey from initial contact to successful implementation
• Support management by researching prospects, customers, and industries using leading CRM platforms
• Create comprehensive account overviews and market intelligence reports

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in business management, economics, computer science, or a related field at a German university
• Initial experience from working student activities or internships
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
• Passion for software and digital technologies
• Practical experience with Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
• Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and contribute original ideas
• Collaborative team player comfortable in international environments
• Fluent in both English and German; additional languages are a plus
