(Senior) Manager Business Development (all genders)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential health and wellness organization in their search for a Senior Manager Business Development in Berlin. Our client is a market-leading e-commerce company in the supplements sector, backed by a major private equity partner and positioned for significant international expansion.

This is a high-impact strategic role working directly with senior leadership to drive critical growth initiatives. You'll spend approximately 70% of your time leading cross-functional strategic projects across internationalization, marketing, operations, and finance, with 30% focused on business development operations including quarterly planning processes and board communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects across the organization to execute long-term growth strategy with hands-on operational delivery
• Identify and scope new strategic opportunities, developing and executing plans to drive business growth
• Mobilize and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives across departments
• Manage operational activities including quarterly OKR processes and strategic planning cycles
• Prepare board updates, senior management materials, and company-wide communications on business performance
• Support annual target setting and financial performance tracking in collaboration with the CFO

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 2 years of professional experience in top-tier management consulting (ideally MBB) or similar analytical, fast-paced environments
• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management, or related field
• Proven ability to structure complex topics and independently drive strategic initiatives from analysis through execution
• Strong ownership mindset with collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
• Strong interest in health, wellness, and nutrition sectors; DTC, consumer goods, or e-commerce experience is advantageous
• Ability to work from the Berlin office four days per week with one remote day
