Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential growth marketing agency operating across international markets. We are seeking a Junior Facebook Ads Specialist to join their media buying team in a remote, full-time capacity based in Indonesia.

This role offers the opportunity to work on performance-driven campaigns across multiple markets, collaborating with creative teams to transform data insights into scalable advertising strategies. You'll be part of a fast-paced environment where analytical thinking meets creative experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across assigned international markets
• Monitor campaign and creative performance metrics to identify successful patterns and underperforming elements
• Analyze winning and losing advertisements to understand performance drivers
• Develop new creative concepts including angles, hooks, messaging variations, and optimization strategies
• Translate performance insights into clear creative briefs for video editors and graphic designers
• Design and execute tests for creative concepts, offers, messaging, and landing page variations
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new opportunities
• Collaborate with landing page teams to ensure message consistency across the customer journey
• Evaluate test results and provide recommendations on scaling, pausing, or iterating campaigns
• Document experiments and learnings to build institutional knowledge
• Proactively communicate problems, opportunities, and strategic ideas to stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads metrics and campaign performance analysis
• Analytical mindset with the ability to explain why advertisements succeed or underperform
• Comfort with developing, testing, and iterating creative concepts
• Clear communication skills to transform data insights into actionable recommendations
• Proactive, organized approach with ability to manage multiple simultaneous tests
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or related field is valued but not required—demonstrated ability and eagerness to learn are equally important
• Curiosity and self-direction to identify opportunities without waiting for assignments

Highly valued experience includes: direct-to-consumer or e-commerce brand work, collaboration with cross-functional creative teams, creative brief development, user-generated content concepts, landing page testing or conversion rate optimization, and exposure to multiple international markets.
