Senior Manager, FP&A

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing enterprise software company in their search for a Senior Manager, FP&A. This is a fully remote role offering the chance to own critical P&Ls and build the financial models that drive strategic decisions across a high-growth SaaS organization. You'll partner directly with senior leadership on investment priorities, headcount planning, and unit economics while managing and developing a talented analyst.

Our client is a global technology company transforming how enterprises coordinate complex business processes. They're scaling rapidly and need an experienced finance leader who can bring both technical excellence and strategic partnership to their Corporate or GTM organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to senior leadership, supporting decisions on hiring, investment prioritization, and resource allocation
• Own P&Ls end-to-end including budgeting, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and executive-ready narratives that explain performance and drive action
• Build and continuously refine driver-based financial models such as long-range plans, bookings models, and ad hoc strategic analyses
• Lead planning cadences across annual, quarterly, and monthly cycles, integrating inputs from business partners into consolidated corporate forecasts
• Manage and develop a Senior Financial Analyst, setting clear priorities and elevating the quality and speed of financial analysis
• Administer and optimize the enterprise planning platform, driving AI-augmented workflows that increase FP&A efficiency and scalability

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience with direct exposure to C-level executives and/or go-to-market leadership
• Direct people management experience—you've hired, coached, and managed performance of finance team members
• Deep fluency in SaaS cost structures and unit economics including cloud/hosting costs, CoGS vs. OpEx, and gross margin drivers
• Proven driver-based modeling skills, forecasting from usage and consumption metrics rather than simply trending historical actuals
• Hands-on experience building models in enterprise planning platforms such as Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment, or Planful
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and ability to translate complex financial data into clear, executive-ready communications
• Autonomous work style with focus, integrity, and attention to detail

Preferred experience:

• Specific experience with Adaptive Planning (you'll own the instance)
• Working knowledge of Salesforce
• Experience using AI tools to automate finance workflows and increase productivity
