Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential healthcare software organization seeking a Financial Data Analyst to transform financial data into actionable insights. In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain analyses and data products for the Finance team
- Build dashboards for recurring and ad hoc analytical needs
- Connect existing data sources to Tableau and other self-service analytics tools
- Support Finance stakeholders with data-related questions and analytical requests
- Collaborate with functional and technical experts to design new data solutions
- Enable key users to independently leverage data for their own analyses
- Work closely with system, integration, and analytics specialists to continuously enhance data products
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in Data Analytics, Financial Planning & Analysis, or related areas
- Knowledge of relational databases and strong SQL skills
- Experience processing, analyzing, and visualizing data from multiple systems
- Hands-on experience with analytics front-ends such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Python, R, or comparable scripting languages
- Experience with ERP systems and financial databases
- Familiarity with German HGB or US GAAP accounting standards

- Quality-focused with commitment to best practices
- Strong communicator who collaborates effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Continuous improvement mindset with ability to identify and develop process and platform enhancements
This position is based in Germany and requires German language proficiency for daily work.
