About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential foodtech organization in München seeking a Working Student for People & Culture with a focus on recruiting. Our client is transforming workplace food services through technology and sustainability.

This role offers hands-on recruiting experience where you'll identify top talent, conduct interviews, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. You'll have ownership of positions from sourcing through offer stage while working closely with the talent team.

Responsibilities

  • Active sourcing of candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
  • Full ownership of assigned positions from interview coordination through offer
  • Independent scheduling and conducting of interviews
  • Structured candidate evaluation based on clearly defined requirements
  • Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint
  • Providing timely, empathetic, and transparent feedback to all applicants

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • Currently enrolled at a university (e.g., Business Administration, Business Psychology, Personnel Management, Human Resource Management, or comparable program)
  • Initial practical experience in recruiting or HR
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented work style
  • Independent and highly structured approach to work

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in active sourcing or interview facilitation
