About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential international manufacturing organization in Regensburg, Bayern, Germany. We are seeking a Working Student for IT Service Management & Governance to support critical infrastructure and process improvement initiatives.
This role offers hands-on experience with enterprise IT service processes, ServiceNow platform development, and configuration management in a growing international environment. You'll work directly with global teams while contributing to meaningful digitalization projects.
Responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement and quality assurance of central IT service processes
- Monitor relevant KPIs using existing dashboards and track agreed actions and measures
- Contribute to the further development of the ServiceNow platform by testing new functionalities and supporting business acceptance of implemented requirements
- Assist with implementation and maintenance of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Maintain and update process documentation, policies, and knowledge content
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
- Analytical mindset with genuine interest in processes, digitalization, and IT services
- Structured, independent, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with international teams
- Good written and spoken English skills
