Venture Development – New Products UK Market (AI x Greentech) (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

Our client, a fast-growing technology company in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a Venture Development professional to lead new product initiatives in the UK market. This is a rare opportunity to build, launch, and own entirely new revenue streams from concept through commercial success.

You will operate with full end-to-end accountability—defining MVPs, executing go-to-market strategies, and driving initial sales. This role sits at the intersection of product, commercial strategy, and customer development, working directly with founders to identify and validate the next major growth opportunities.

Location: Berlin (on-site, 5 days per week)

Responsibilities

• Lead new product initiatives from ideation through market launch with complete ownership of outcomes
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies including positioning, pricing, channel selection, and initial sales campaigns
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across sales, marketing, and technology to deliver on initiative milestones
• Conduct daily customer discovery conversations to identify pain points, validate assumptions, and refine product direction
• Take commercial responsibility for launched products including positioning refinement, upselling, and performance optimization based on market feedback
• Evaluate market opportunities, partnership potential, and pricing strategies alongside leadership to inform strategic bets
• Drive rapid iteration cycles based on real-world customer and sales data

What We're Looking For

• Native or C2-level English proficiency (required for UK market focus)
• Proven startup experience where you built something from the ground up rather than joining established processes
• Strong academic background from a top-tier university combined with demonstrated entrepreneurial action
• Track record of taking full ownership and moving quickly when progress stalls
• Desire to experience the complete cycle of technology development, operations, and business strategy in a high-growth environment
• Comfort with customer-facing work, rapid experimentation, and learning through doing
• Ability to work on-site in Berlin five days per week
