Sales Executive, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) focus

We are representing a confidential fintech client seeking a Sales Executive with HNWI Focus to join their team in Brazil. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is conducting the search for a skilled sales professional with deep experience in financial services and wealth management to build and grow a high-net-worth client base in São Paulo and across Brazil.

This role focuses on business development, client relationship management, and executing high-touch sales strategies to introduce premium algorithmic trading solutions to sophisticated investors, family offices, and wealth managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire and manage HNWI clients, family offices, and boutique wealth managers in São Paulo and broader Brazil
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and retention
• Conduct client presentations, portfolio demonstrations, and educational sessions to articulate the value proposition of algorithmic trading solutions
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to customize offerings and improve client acquisition campaigns
• Stay informed on local financial regulations, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through onboarding and ongoing client support
• Meet and exceed quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA certification is a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in sales within private banking, wealth management, asset management, or fintech
• Strong existing network and relationships with HNWI, family offices, and investment advisors in São Paulo
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets for high-value financial products
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of algorithmic trading, hedge funds, structured products, or alternative investments strongly preferred
• Bilingual required: Portuguese (native level) and English (fluent). Spanish is a plus
• Based in or willing to relocate to São Paulo
