Fractional RevOps / GTM Engineer (Part-Time, Contract)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology company in their search for a Fractional RevOps / GTM Engineer to join their team on a part-time, contract basis. This is a remote position based in the USA.

Our client operates in a complex B2B environment serving healthcare providers across multiple organizational structures—from individual practitioners to multi-location enterprises and private equity-backed platforms. They run four concurrent go-to-market motions (SMB, mid-market, enterprise, and partner-led) and manage three distinct pricing models (subscription, usage-based, and percentage-of-collections).

This role offers genuine technical challenges: designing account hierarchies that support parent-child relationships across four organizational levels, normalizing heterogeneous billing data into coherent revenue metrics, and building AI-powered workflows that scale across thousands of provider accounts.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CRM architecture in HubSpot, including complex parent-child company models, lifecycle stages, segment-based lead routing, workflows, deduplication logic, and data hygiene protocols
• Build and maintain billing-to-CRM synchronization between Stripe and HubSpot, reconciling subscription, usage-based, and percentage-of-collections billing models with CRM records
• Surface churn, expansion, and payment signals where revenue teams can act on them
• Develop integration layer using Zapier and custom scripting, determining appropriate automation approaches for each use case
• Model GTM and revenue data in Snowflake data warehouse into clean, queryable tables that handle organizational hierarchies and mixed pricing models
• Create actionable dashboards in Metabase covering funnel conversion by motion, pipeline coverage, normalized revenue metrics, and parent account rollups
• Implement AI workflows using Claude API for lead enrichment and scoring, call summarization, follow-up drafting, data cleanup, and provider-level enrichment from industry datasets

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 4+ years in RevOps, GTM engineering, or sales/marketing operations with demonstrated builder profile
• Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience including custom objects, associations, workflows, and API integration—ideally within complex parent-child account structures (multi-location, franchise, healthcare, or roll-up environments)
• Production experience working with Stripe data, including usage-based or non-standard billing models
• Production experience with Zapier automation
• Practical experience building with Claude or comparable LLM APIs, including prompting, evaluation, and understanding failure modes
• Strong SQL skills, writing queries from scratch
• Self-directed work style; comfortable operating fractionally with async communication and minimal oversight

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Healthcare or vertical SaaS experience; familiarity with provider data standards (NPI/NPPES, CMS datasets)
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent GTM motions (PLG/SMB velocity alongside enterprise sales)
• Experience with dbt and enrichment tooling such as Apollo
