Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential high-tech manufacturing organization in Munich that requires support for product testing and quality control operations. This is a part-time, fixed-term position through June 30, 2027.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting defined test and inspection procedures on sensor products, components, and assemblies according to established protocols
- Preparing products and components for various testing phases and performing functional and quality inspections based on documented specifications
- Documenting test results and data accurately, identifying anomalies or deviations, and escalating findings to technical contacts for further review
- Supporting incoming goods receipt, order picking, and shipment preparation as needed
- Contributing practical insights from daily testing activities to help improve inspection workflows and operational processes
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks someone with:
- Technical aptitude and genuine interest in working with technical products, with ability to quickly learn defined testing procedures
- Completed technical or trade apprenticeship in mechatronics, electronics, production, or comparable field is advantageous but not mandatory
- Experience in production, testing, product inspection, or quality assurance is helpful; motivated career changers with technical understanding are welcome
- Meticulous, reliable work style with ability to perform recurring processes consistently and conscientiously
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to support adjacent operational tasks when required
- Solid computer skills with readiness to learn testing software, databases, and internal systems; comfortable with structured data entry and maintaining test documentation in spreadsheets
- Good German language skills; basic English knowledge beneficial for the international work environment
