(Senior) GTM-Engineer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B technology organization seeking a Senior GTM Engineer to build and scale their modern go-to-market engine. In this role, you will connect data, signals, automation, and AI to translate GTM processes into scalable systems with direct impact on pipeline and revenue.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Identifying buying signals and translating them into automated GTM actions and triggers
• Automating account and contact data enrichment, evaluating ICP fit and intent scoring
• Automating highly personalized outbound campaigns based on data and signals
• Intelligently prioritizing and routing leads and accounts based on fit, intent, and engagement
• Building workflows and data flows between CRM systems and the GTM stack
• Developing and scaling automations using Clay, n8n, APIs, and webhooks
• Rapidly implementing experiments, measuring results, and systematizing successful approaches

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who has hands-on experience building comparable GTM infrastructure from the ground up. Specifically, you should have:

• Several years of experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, RevOps, or a comparable B2B environment
• Strong practical experience with Clay, n8n, and modern GTM tools
• Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, data structures, and CRM systems
• Proven experience with enrichment, scoring, routing, and automated campaigns
• Strong commercial acumen—you optimize for pipeline, conversion, and revenue, not just "more automation"
• Excellent German and English language skills
