Werkstudent/-in (m/w/d) Performance Marketing

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential software company based in Würzburg, Germany. Our client is seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to join their performance marketing team. This is an on-site role requiring 15-20 hours per week, ideal for students enrolled in business, marketing, media, communications, or a related field.

As a performance marketing working student, you'll support digital campaign management and optimization. You'll collaborate with content marketing colleagues and leadership to plan, execute, and analyze online marketing activities across Google Ads, social media, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and social media campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics
• Create performance reports and develop optimization recommendations
• Conduct keyword research and refine ad copy
• Support conversion rate optimization initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional marketing team members

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in business, marketing, media, communications, or comparable field
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Basic knowledge of SEO/SEA principles
• Prior exposure to online or performance marketing
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights
• Independent, structured, and reliable work approach
• Proficiency with standard office software
• Interest in building processes within a growing organization
• Interest in digital advertising channels and data-driven marketing

Preferred:

• Experience with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools
• Interest in email marketing or marketing automation

Location requirement: This position must be performed on-site in Würzburg. Remote work is not available. If you live outside Würzburg but are willing to relocate, please mention this in your application.
