Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential AI technology organization expanding their European partnerships infrastructure. We're seeking an experienced Partner Manager to architect and scale strategic integrator relationships across Southern Europe, with a focus on France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Iberia.

This is a high-impact role offering exceptional exposure to enterprise AI adoption. You'll build partnership frameworks from the ground up, working closely with solution architects and go-to-market leadership to drive co-sell motions and joint market initiatives with major systems integrators. Based in Paris, you'll report to regional partnership leadership while helping define regional go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the systems integrator partner ecosystem model across Southern Europe, establishing frameworks that align enterprise objectives with scalable revenue models
• Define multi-year strategic roadmaps with major integrators to accelerate co-selling, technical alignment, and joint pipeline expansion
• Drive regional partner-led revenue generation, surpassing growth targets through systematic joint deal acceleration and high-impact execution
• Establish executive alignment standards across partner networks to maximize velocity in large enterprise deals
• Scale integrator delivery capabilities through specialized enablement programs, ensuring partners become force multipliers for enterprise deployment
• Embed co-sell engagement rules, attribution frameworks, and deal registration workflows across the regional organization
• Champion cross-functional collaboration across solution architects, enablement, marketing, and product teams for seamless partnership delivery
• Lead monthly business reviews and executive synchronization with regional leadership to sustain strategic alignment
• Provide strategic feedback to product and engineering leadership, aligning solution evolution with Southern European enterprise needs

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years proven track record in GSI partnership management or enterprise account execution
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Technical credibility to discuss AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and model deployment architectures; LLM platform experience strongly preferred
• Executive stakeholder management experience working with C-level or senior leadership at partner organizations
• Strong network and understanding of the Southern European technology ecosystem and regional variations
• Experience in fast-growing environments, comfortable navigating ambiguity with high autonomy and judgment
• Background in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or infrastructure industries; exposure to AI, data, or developer-focused products is a strong plus
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus
• Paris-based preferred; expect regular travel across Europe
