Responsibilities
Our talent team is representing a confidential industrial services organization in Leverkusen, Germany. We are seeking a Senior Technical Sales Manager to lead strategic client engagement and technical solution development.
In this role, you will:
- Drive strategic account management and targeted market penetration for facilities and building services products across assigned client portfolios
- Build and manage a structured network of technical contacts within customer organizations
- Actively market the service portfolio, including individual offerings and integrated solutions
- Identify, evaluate, and develop sales opportunities for facilities and building-related product lines
- Provide technical expertise in proposal development and offer preparation
- Serve as the key interface between customers and technical departments to develop tailored solutions
- Provide technical leadership to the sales team and ensure consistent, high-performance processes across technical sales operations
What We're Looking For
- Completed technical apprenticeship with advanced certification (Meister or Techniker qualification) or comparable technical qualification
- Multiple years of experience in technical sales, ideally within chemical or industrial environments
- Comprehensive technical and business acumen
- Confident presence and excellent communication skills
- Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
- Valid Class B driving license
