Senior Technical Sales Manager Mechanik (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential industrial services organization in Dormagen, Nordrhein-Westfalen, seeking a Senior Technical Sales Manager for their mechanical services division. In this role, you will:

• Lead strategic account management and targeted business development for assigned clients across mechanical service product lines
• Build and manage a structured network of technical contacts within customer organizations
• Actively promote the mechanical services portfolio, including individual offerings and integrated solutions
• Identify, evaluate, and develop sales opportunities for mechanical engineering products and services
• Provide technical expertise during proposal development and client presentations
• Serve as the primary interface between customers and technical teams to develop tailored engineering solutions
• Provide technical leadership to the sales team and ensure consistent, high-performance standards across technical sales activities

What We're Looking For

• Completed technical apprenticeship in mechanical engineering with advanced certification (Meister, Techniker) or comparable qualification
• Several years of technical sales experience, ideally within chemical or industrial environments
• Strong technical and business acumen with the ability to translate complex requirements into commercial solutions
• Confident presence and excellent communication skills for engaging with technical stakeholders and decision-makers
• Fluent German language skills, both written and verbal
• Valid Class B driving license
