Werkstudent (m/w/d) – Finance & Beratung (unternehmerisch, leistungsbasiert)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to join their finance and advisory team. This is not a typical student job—it's a performance-oriented role designed for ambitious students who want real responsibility, clear goals, and a structured pathway into professional financial consulting.

This remote position offers structured onboarding, active coaching, and the potential to transition into a trainee program. You'll work in a high-performance environment where results matter and initiative is rewarded.

Please note: Very strong German language skills (C1+) are required, as all training, team communication, and professional development occur entirely in German.

Responsibilities

Initial Phase (First Weeks):

• Schedule client appointments via telephone, networking, and provided leads to build a clean pipeline
• Learn conversation frameworks, needs assessment techniques, follow-up procedures, and documentation standards
• Work with KPIs, receive systematic feedback, and continuously improve your performance metrics

Ongoing Responsibilities:

• Support analysis of client situations and prepare advisory materials in a structured manner
• Accompany client conversations (based on your development level) and handle follow-ups to ensure clear next steps
• Maintain process discipline through consistent, thorough documentation
• Collaborate closely with a high-performing team and take ownership of assigned work packages

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently enrolled at a university or Fachhochschule
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher (both spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and accountability
• Self-initiative and structured working approach
• Motivation for performance-based work and measurable results

Preferred:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, consulting, or competitive sports/performance culture

This role is not suitable if you:

• Are seeking a typical "few hours on the side" student job
• Want to avoid telephone work or appointment scheduling
• Prefer security over development opportunities
