About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in India. They are seeking an Associate DevOps Engineer to join their R&D engineering team and support critical development infrastructure, automation, and emerging AI tooling initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer who wants to build deep expertise across cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and modern AI development tools in a production Azure environment.
Responsibilities
- Support and improve CI/CD pipelines for build and release automation
- Maintain and provision development, test, and staging environments
- Automate repetitive engineering tasks with PowerShell and other scripting languages
- Help administer Windows Server infrastructure, patching, and Active Directory
- Support containerized workloads using Docker and/or Kubernetes
- Assist in evaluating and rolling out AI development tooling across the engineering organization
- Troubleshoot pipeline, environment, and deployment issues, and document solutions
What We're Looking For
Required Skills and Experience:
- Basic knowledge of DevOps principles and practices
- Experience or working knowledge of version control systems such as Azure DevOps, Git, or GitHub
- Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Basic understanding of build systems like TFS, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins
- Basic understanding of deployment tooling such as TFS, Azure DevOps, or Octopus Deploy
- Programming or scripting experience, particularly PowerShell
- Container experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
- Basic domain administration skills including Windows Server, patching, and Active Directory
- Experience working with AI CLIs such as Claude Code, OpenCode, or Codex
- Strong logical aptitude and excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of packaging tools like InstallShield, NuGet, or npm
- Experience with SQL Server management including queries, deployments, permissions, and DACPAC
- Knowledge of mobile app deployments to Google Play and/or the App Store
- Understanding of Linux systems
- Understanding of AI models, weights, and routing
