Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology consulting organization working with major financial institutions across Europe. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will:

• Design intuitive, accessible, and user-centered journeys for AI-powered products, with a strong focus on human and AI collaboration workflows
• Conduct user research and translate qualitative insights into wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes
• Create clear, scalable, and consistent design patterns and UI component guidelines to support rapid product development across squads
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to validate the usability and technical feasibility of design solutions
• Run usability testing sessions on prototypes and live workflows, and iterate designs based on direct user feedback and observed behavior
• Champion user-centric design principles to ensure seamless experiences for both technical and non-technical enterprise users
• Contribute to design standards, interaction guidelines, and experience consistency across complex digital products
• Support the delivery of high-quality product experiences that align business goals, user needs, and platform capabilities

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in UX design, product design, or interaction design
• Strong experience designing intuitive and scalable digital experiences for web-based applications and enterprise platforms
• Proven ability to create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity design concepts
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterative design validation
• Strong understanding of accessibility, interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design principles
• Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams in cross-functional delivery environments
• Familiarity with design systems, reusable component thinking, and scalable interface standards
• Prior engagement in large-scale enterprise environments and complex digital products
• Candidate must be located in an EU member country (Bulgaria or Greece preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English

Preferred experience:

• Experience designing products involving AI-driven workflows or decision-support systems
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or insurance
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms used by non-technical or operations-focused users

Position details: Full-time (40 hours/week), remote, individual contract or B2B arrangement. Paid time off provided.
