Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization seeking a Support Engineer to deliver technical assistance to their global user base. In this role, you will:
- Respond to user inquiries regarding technical issues through email, ticketing systems, and chat channels
- Reproduce and troubleshoot customer-reported issues in controlled test environments
- Participate in remote troubleshooting sessions and product demonstrations with customers
- Create customer-facing documentation, guides, and technical resources
- Deliver technical presentations and online demos to prospective users, explaining platform capabilities
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Ukraine time zone).
What We're Looking For
Our client requires candidates with:
- 1+ years of experience in technical support roles
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications include:
- Knowledge of SQL queries and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with Linux and macOS environments, including basic troubleshooting and log collection
- Background in creating and improving technical documentation
