REMOTE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (Chesterbrook, PA, US, 19087-5564)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential facilities management organization seeking a Remote Human Resources Manager based near Chesterbrook, PA, with 10% travel. In this role, you will provide field and corporate support with emphasis on associate relations, front-line recruitment, training, and diversity initiatives.

You will serve as an expert contact regarding policies, procedures, and programs across these critical areas:

• Coordinate and conduct management training on terminations, harassment prevention, and performance management
• Investigate and advise leadership on appropriate resolution of associate relations issues
• Coordinate and conduct exit interviews; make recommendations to reduce absenteeism and turnover
• Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations as needed
• Support internal survey processes and associate satisfaction feedback
• Attend operational meetings to increase HR visibility, conduct classroom training, and implement account HR initiatives
• Develop and implement recruitment plans with managers to increase qualified applicant flow
• Support unit management with tools and presentations at schools, community organizations, and job fairs
• Identify critical needs areas and take appropriate steps to address problems
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and related management training
• Conduct HR assessments and regularly deliver HR training on topics such as harassment prevention, progressive discipline, and HR fundamentals
• Prepare and present HR topics at field operations workshops

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.)
• Two to five years of multi-unit HR generalist and associate relations experience
• Experience in a high customer contact setting
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
• Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Preferred:

• Master's degree
• SPHR or PHR Certification

Pay
