About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization in their search for a Cloud Engineer to join a new high-growth initiative. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Europe or the Americas.

Our client is backed by accomplished serial entrepreneurs who have built and scaled billion-dollar technology companies. They are launching cutting-edge fintech products and need exceptional builders who thrive in 0-to-1 environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core technical initiatives in fintech from the ground up
• Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production
• Architect scalable cloud solutions that support rapid growth and market validation
• Drive critical technical milestones to position new products for institutional backing and potential spin-off scenarios
• Collaborate directly with department leadership and cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders

What We're Looking For

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to remote arrangements)
• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise in cloud engineering and fintech
• Track record of taking extreme end-to-end ownership and shipping 0-to-1 initiatives
• Ability to architect systems and drive strategy with complete autonomy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfort operating in fast-paced environments focused on rapid execution over bureaucracy
