Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential technology organization in Canada seeking a junior FrontEnd Angular developer. The successful candidate will participate in development, bug fixes, testing, and documentation activities under supervision.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Developing FrontEnd Angular components with guidance from senior developers
- Correcting application-level FrontEnd bugs and issues
- Participating in unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing
- Supporting ongoing application maintenance activities
- Contributing to technical documentation
- Attending Agile meetings and participating in code reviews
- Applying development standards and best practices
- Collaborating closely with senior developers and analysts
What We're Looking For
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years and less than 8 years of experience in information technology
- Hands-on experience with FrontEnd Angular development
- Working knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Interest in cloud environments and DevOps practices
- Ability to learn quickly and proactively seek support when needed
- Rigor, progressive autonomy, and strong team collaboration skills
- Experience with Git or equivalent version control tools
- Understanding of REST API integration
- Familiarity with FrontEnd testing and technical documentation practices
- Knowledge of Web development best practices
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or comparable tools
- NgRx Angular state management
- Understanding of Web accessibility standards and responsive design
- Agile methodology experience
- Basic knowledge of C# /.NET Core or Python
Work Arrangement:
This is a primarily remote position based in Canada with flexible hours. Contract or resource pool engagement depending on client needs. Availability to coordinate according to intervention requests is required.
