About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential management consulting firm seeking a Senior Consultant to join their remote team. This organization partners with Fortune 500 clients across private, public, and government sectors to deliver strategic solutions for complex change initiatives.
You'll work independently to lead consulting engagements, primarily supporting clients in the Energy & Utilities sector on capital portfolio and project management initiatives. This role offers significant autonomy and leadership opportunity with minimal travel requirements (10–25%).
Responsibilities
- Lead consulting engagements end-to-end, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction
- Build and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers
- Develop and present strategic recommendations, insights, and actionable solutions
- Oversee project teams and provide mentorship to junior consultants
- Contribute to business development activities and support proposal efforts
- Drive measurable results for clients through execution-focused consulting approaches

- Proven track record leading consulting engagements and managing client-facing teams
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trust
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
