(Senior) Business Development Manager DACH (m/f/d)

Our Client

We are representing a confidential office furniture company in Berlin that's built something rare: a sustainable, profitable business focused on bringing better acoustics and focus to modern workspaces. They design and manufacture premium acoustic solutions for offices across the DACH region.

This isn't a high-pressure sales floor environment. Our client values thoughtful consultation over scripted cold-calling, and they're looking for a (Senior) Business Development Manager who can own the full sales cycle—from initial conversation through to close.

Responsibilities

• Manage qualified inbound leads from companies across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland who have expressed genuine interest in acoustic office solutions
• Build and maintain a quality-focused pipeline by identifying decision-makers including facility managers, HR leads, and founders
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations that prioritize listening and understanding client pain points
• Own deals end-to-end: qualify prospects, present solutions, and close agreements independently
• Update CRM systems and maintain accurate pipeline reporting
• Collaborate with the Country Manager and Sales Director on deal strategy and market insights
• Participate in team huddles, company updates, and Friday wrap-up sessions

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent German with strong communication skills for the DACH market
• Self-motivated sales professional who doesn't rely on commission structures to stay driven
• Full-cycle sales experience—you enjoy both prospecting and closing
• Consultative approach: you listen more than you pitch and focus on solving real business problems
• Team-oriented mindset; comfortable working in an office-first environment in Berlin-Mitte
• Experience with B2B sales, ideally in office solutions, workplace design, or facilities management
