Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential energy services organization in Bad Salzungen, Thüringen, Deutschland seeking a working student (m/w/d) to support their operations team. In this role, you will contribute to daily business processes while gaining hands-on experience in the energy sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting administrative and operational tasks across various departments
• Assisting with project documentation and data management
• Conducting research and preparing reports for internal stakeholders
• Contributing to process optimization initiatives
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a motivated student currently enrolled at a German university who can balance academic commitments with meaningful work experience. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Active enrollment in a relevant degree program (business administration, engineering, environmental sciences, or related field)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work 15-20 hours per week during the semester
