Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential client in the vehicle rental sector seeking a skilled automotive technician to join their Frankfurt operations. In this role, you will:
- Maintain fleet vehicles to ensure road safety and customer satisfaction
- Support the rental station in your designated area with technical expertise
- Monitor and maintain the technical condition of recreational vehicles
- Perform minor repairs independently and train station staff to handle basic maintenance tasks
- Contribute actively to process improvements and bring fresh ideas to your work area
- Travel periodically to support other locations as needed
What We're Looking For
- Completed apprenticeship as KFZ-Mechaniker, KFZ-Mechatroniker, or similar automotive qualification
- Broad knowledge of various vehicle makes and models
- High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel when required
- Strong hands-on technical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent German and good English communication skills
- Proactive mindset with enthusiasm for contributing to team projects

Pay
The salary range for this position is €38,000 to €44,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. Your final placement within this band will be determined during the interview process as we learn more about your specific skills and background.
