Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a fast-scaling health technology organization headquartered in Paris. This confidential client operates across multiple European markets and serves over one million users through their digital health platform.

We're seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join their growing technical operations team. This role combines hands-on device and platform management (approximately 60% of your time) with project work that reduces operational overhead and improves the employee technology experience. You'll support 900+ employees across five countries, managing the complete device lifecycle, identity systems, SaaS platforms, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own first and second-level IT support oncall rotation, triaging issues, communicating during incidents, and escalating appropriately to engineering teams
• Manage the full device lifecycle including procurement, zero-touch enrollment through Apple Business Manager, MDM configuration, repairs, and retrieval
• Maintain role-based MDM blueprints and endpoint compliance configurations across all operating countries
• Administer identity and access systems including Google Workspace, SSO/SAML platforms, and license management
• Execute end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding across automated and manual tooling
• Contribute to compliance requirements and audit evidence collection for frameworks such as ISO 27001
• Co-own build projects alongside IT Engineers, shipping automation and self-service tools that measurably reduce manual work
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement for IT scope
• Maintain physical IT infrastructure including laptop lockers, hardware inventory, and office equipment
• Document recurring issues and create self-service resources to reduce ticket volume

What We're Looking For

Required technical skills:

• 1–3 years in IT operations or strong internship/student organization experience in a technology environment
• Hands-on experience with device management (MDM platforms, ideally Kandji), SaaS administration, and basic identity and access management
• Operational experience with oncall or production support, including incident triage and user communication
• Scripting fundamentals (Python, Bash) or low-code automation experience
• Strong documentation skills with ability to write clear, structured guides
• Fast learning velocity when adopting new tools and processes

Preferred qualifications:

• macOS troubleshooting fluency and understanding of the Apple ecosystem (Apple Business Manager, DEP enrollment)
• Specific experience with Kandji MDM platform
• Exposure to security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar)
• SaaS vendor management and license administration background
• Experience in fast-growing, multi-country technology companies

Languages: Fluent French and professional English required
