Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle sales from prospecting through contract signature
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level decision-makers including HR Directors, Finance Directors, and executives across all industries
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through evaluation processes
• Navigate complex deals and negotiations with multiple stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally to contribute to product evolution and go-to-market strategy
• Drive revenue growth within a recurring revenue business model

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales
• Fluent French (C2 level or higher) and advanced English proficiency
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and close complex deals
• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
• Highly organized, structured, and empathetic approach to client relationships
• Strong collaboration skills and positive attitude
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bordeaux, Paris, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz
• Available to work in a hybrid environment
