About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential media and advertising organization seeking an Associate Director, Partnerships, Global to join their London team. This is a strategic leadership role focused on defining and delivering cross-channel joint business partnerships for major global clients. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, account management, and media partnerships to create innovative, integrated investment programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.

This position requires strong coordination skills as you'll manage complex client and agency structures across multiple regions and markets. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with internal teams, clients, and global media vendors to unlock first-mover opportunities and strategic value.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Collaborate with planning, activation, measurement, creative, and client servicing teams to deliver innovative global partnership opportunities
• Serve as day-to-day lead for client-centric joint business partnerships, identifying, operationalizing, and co-creating best-in-market value and innovation
• Develop deep understanding of the media landscape, working with cross-channel global partners to leverage first-mover opportunities
• Support development, negotiation, deployment, and monitoring of global partnerships across local and regional markets to ensure targets are met

Client and Vendor Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, global media vendors, agency networks, and internal strategy teams
• Present and sell partnerships persuasively to clients and stakeholders with confidence and enthusiasm
• Manage bi-weekly partner status meetings and overall partnership governance, ensuring workstreams are delivered with relevant cross-business engagement

Operational Excellence

• Deliver best-in-class joint business partnerships ensuring client value, innovation, and excellence
• Support development of global integrated investment strategies and actively deploy them in markets, adapting as needed
• Partner with global leads on media quality processes and governance
• Manage day-to-day vendor spend tracking and pacing against agreed partnerships, ensuring correct frameworks hit spend thresholds
• Brief and manage setup of client quarterly business reviews and partnership reviews, coordinating with regional and market teams
• Develop quarterly leadership documents highlighting best-in-class results, cross-business case studies, outcome tracking, and value extraction
• Proactively share global marketplace updates with regular cadence

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic partnerships or business development within media, advertising, or marketing
• Associate Director-level experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Strong understanding of media landscape across multiple channels and platforms
• Excellent relationship-building skills with internal teams, clients, and external vendors
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across global markets
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities to manage multiple partnership workstreams simultaneously
• Persuasive presentation and communication skills with confidence in selling strategic initiatives
• Experience with partnership negotiation, deployment, and performance monitoring
• Ability to develop and track investment strategies and spend management
• Strong analytical skills to measure partnership value and business outcomes

Work Authorization

• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid role based in London, requiring office presence approximately four days per week
