Wir vertreten einen etablierten Finanzdienstleister im Raum Frankfurt am Main und suchen eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit für die strategische Geschäftsfeldentwicklung. In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie die Erschließung neuer Märkte und Produktbereiche, führen ein Team und berichten direkt an die Geschäftsführung. Sie verbinden unternehmerisches Denken mit operativer Exzellenz in einem dynamischen Wachstumsumfeld.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Kontinuierliche Beobachtung von Branchentrends, Wettbewerbsumfeld und Marktpotenzialen zur Erschließung neuer Segmente, Kundengruppen und internationaler Wachstumsfelder
- Weiterentwicklung des Leistungsportfolios sowie Konzeption tragfähiger Geschäftsmodelle einschließlich wirtschaftlicher Bewertung und Umsetzungsplanung
- Ausbau, Qualifizierung und laufende Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebskanäle sowie der zugehörigen Geschäftsfeldsteuerung
- Begleitung von Veränderungsinitiativen – von Prozessoptimierung über Restrukturierung bis zur Integration im Zuge von Unternehmenszusammenschlüssen
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung eines mehrköpfigen Teams
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern
Was wir suchen
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Unternehmens-, Investitionsgüter- oder Objektfinanzierung, alternativ entsprechende Beratungserfahrung
- Nachgewiesene disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung
- Fundiertes Verständnis für Marktmechanismen, Produktentwicklung sowie Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Unternehmerisches Denken und operative Exzellenz
