Wir suchen im Auftrag unseres Mandanten – ein etablierter Berufsverband im Gesundheitswesen – eine*n erfahrene*n Mitarbeiter*in Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit (m/w/d) für den Standort Berlin (City West). Die Position ist unbefristet und umfasst 35 Stunden pro Woche mit Start zum 01.10.2026.
Unser Mandant vertritt die Interessen von Gesundheitsfachkräften auf Bundesebene und bringt deren Perspektiven aktiv in die gesundheitspolitische Debatte ein. Sie arbeiten in einem kleinen, engagierten Team und tragen dazu bei, komplexe fachliche und politische Themen für verschiedene Zielgruppen aufzubereiten.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Verfassen und Redigieren von Texten für Print-Publikationen, Website, Mitgliederinformationen und Fachpublikationen
- Zielgruppengerechte Aufbereitung gesundheitspolitischer und fachlicher Themen – verständlich, präzise und mediengerecht
- Redaktionelle Mitarbeit bei Pressemitteilungen, Stellungnahmen und Positionspapieren
- Pflege und Aktualisierung der Website-Inhalte (Content-Management)
- Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungen, Kampagnen und weiteren Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
- Erstellung und Anpassung von Social-Media-Beiträgen für LinkedIn, Instagram und Facebook
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in PR/Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Medienmanagement, Journalismus oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Redaktion, Journalismus und/oder Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
- Erfahrung im Verbandsumfeld ist von Vorteil
- Hervorragendes sprachliches Ausdrucksvermögen und Redigierkompetenz – Sie bringen komplexe Sachverhalte präzise auf den Punkt
- Sicherheit in Stil und Orthografie
- Erfahrung mit Content-Management-Systemen, idealerweise WordPress
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Social-Media-Kanälen (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Wünschenswert: Grundkenntnisse in Canva
- Strukturierte, selbstständige, zuverlässige und kooperative Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft, sich in neue Wissensbereiche einzuarbeiten
