(Senior) Social Media Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing and communications agency seeking a talented Social Media Manager to serve as their creative voice across digital platforms. In this role, you will:

• Develop and create compelling content in text, image, and video formats tailored to specific platforms and audiences
• Design content strategies and maintain structured editorial calendars for both internal channels and client accounts
• Manage active communities across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and analyze engagement metrics to drive meaningful connections
• Evaluate campaign performance, derive optimization insights, and propose new content formats
• Collaborate closely with graphic design, video production, and marketing teams to ensure consistent and creative brand communication
• Utilize multichannel management tools for planning, execution, and analysis of campaigns
• Monitor performance marketing metrics, paid advertising campaigns, and analytics tools

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who brings both creative storytelling ability and analytical rigor to social media management. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in social media or content marketing, ideally within an agency or project-based environment
• Strong proficiency across major platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Hands-on content production skills across text, image, and video formats
• Experience with multichannel management tools for campaign planning, deployment, and analysis
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, paid advertising, and analytics platforms
• Excellent German and English language skills
• A passion for creating content that moves people and builds authentic connections

This is primarily an office-based position in München with one day per week available for remote work.
