About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential marketing technology client in München seeking an intern to help shape the digitalization of their sales and marketing operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with data-driven marketing, CRM systems, and modern B2B engagement strategies.

Our talent team is recruiting for a position starting mid-January 2027, though applications are being accepted now. You'll work closely with marketing and sales teams, quickly taking ownership of meaningful projects that directly impact revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted outreach through social selling channels, working with defined prospect segments
• Build and maintain marketing and sales databases to ensure data quality and accessibility
• Support the implementation of a new CRM system and contribute to digitalization of sales processes
• Participate in projects involving social selling, automation, and customer relationship management
• Conduct data analyses and create reports that support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, and other functional teams
• Transform marketing and sales data into actionable revenue opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or comparable field
• Interest in marketing, sales, or data management and enthusiasm for digital tools
• Structured, self-directed working style with strong analytical thinking and quick comprehension
• Ideally some exposure to CRM systems; strong Excel and MS Office proficiency required
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of engaging with potential customers
• Very good German language skills essential for this role
