North American Junior Authorization Line Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial services organization with operations across Europe and North America. Our talent team is seeking a Junior Authorization Line Specialist to join their Poland-based customer support division. Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for customers via inbound phone calls and written channels, primarily in English
• Provide support for banking and card-related inquiries, including transaction authorization and account management
• Resolve customer issues during initial contact whenever possible, maintaining high service quality standards
• Handle sensitive card data and payment information in compliance with financial regulations
• Assist customers with billing questions, payments, and general account topics
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams following established protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems and ensure adherence to defined procedures
• Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays as part of a 24/7 support operation

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• C1 level English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Secondary education (high school diploma); students and recent graduates are welcome
• Customer-focused mindset with genuine willingness to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency including MS Office and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Ability to work with structured procedures and meet deadlines
• Full flexibility for shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or banking environments
• Interest in financial products and customer support operations
