Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a leading healthcare technology and services organization in their search for a Director of Revenue Cycle Analytics & Product Strategy. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can bridge deep revenue cycle domain expertise with modern analytics, product thinking, and advanced technology capabilities.

Our client serves hospitals, health systems, and medical groups nationwide, helping them improve both patient experience and financial performance through technology-enabled revenue cycle solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise analytics strategy and roadmap across central operations, customer partnerships, and client services
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing analytics organization
• Advise operational leaders, executives, and client stakeholders on performance trends and growth opportunities
• Deliver scalable analytics products including dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting capabilities
• Standardize KPIs, reporting frameworks, and data definitions across hospital and professional billing operations
• Transform clinical and billing data sources into actionable financial and operational insights
• Establish disciplined product management practices including roadmap planning, stakeholder engagement, and value measurement
• Partner closely with product, technology, and data engineering teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions
• Drive adoption of automation, AI, and modern analytics to strengthen decision-making and client outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in revenue cycle analytics or related healthcare analytics roles, with at least 5 years leading teams
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Domain expertise: Deep understanding of hospital revenue cycle operations, billing workflows, and financial performance metrics
• Product leadership: Proven ability to define product vision, manage roadmaps, and deliver customer-facing analytics solutions
• Technical fluency: Experience working with healthcare data platforms; Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and/or Epic Clarity certifications strongly preferred
• Strategic thinking: Ability to translate business needs into analytics architecture and scalable data products
• Leadership: Track record of building and developing analytics teams in complex, matrixed organizations
• Stakeholder management: Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executives and operational leaders
• Innovation mindset: Interest in advancing AI, automation, and self-service capabilities in healthcare analytics
