JMH is seeking a dedicated Supervisor for Pharmacy at our Walnut Creek location. This full-time position offers an eight-hour variable shift role where you'll lead pharmacy operations, support your team, and ensure excellent patient care in a healthcare setting.

Position Summary

As a Pharmacy Supervisor at WCMC Pharmacy in Walnut Creek, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations and lead a team of pharmacy professionals. You'll ensure adherence to regulatory standards, maintain quality control, and contribute to the delivery of patient-centered pharmaceutical services. Core Duties

• Supervise pharmacy staff and oversee scheduling to ensure adequate coverage across shifts
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, licensing requirements, and safety protocols
• Manage pharmacy inventory, ordering, and supply chain coordination
• Monitor medication accuracy, quality assurance, and error prevention
• Train pharmacy staff on procedures, systems, and customer service standards
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain records and manage administrative responsibilities for the pharmacy
